Item delayed

Very hard to review a product we have not yet received. Ordered on 11/6 being told 5-6 business day processing. When I called to follow up 2 weeks later was told our product was at another warehouse and they would look in to it. Had to call back again and finally got information that they did not have tracking information because it hadn't shipped yet. Was hoping to have for this weekend for our retail store Santa. Still no tracking information, very disappointing. I will say the customer service reps that I spoke with were understanding and tried to help. Hoping the quality of the item is great and I will come back and review that.
