A Good, Affordable Fat Loss Aid!

After 40 years of powerlifting, bodybuilding and overall fitness goals, I have had to deal with weight and fat loss issues numerous times. A high protein diet along with cardio and weightlifting is the usual way to cut weight but I also use saunas, sweat suits and my trusty TUOHY Waist Trimmer.
