Sea-Dog Corporation warrants its? manufactured products to the original retail purchaser, to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Where Sea-Dog products are used commercially or in any rental income producing activity then this warranty is limited to 6 months from date of purchase. The exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be the repair or replacement of the product, at the discretion of Sea-Dog Corporation when product not meeting this warranty is returned (freight prepaid) within the applicable warranty period to the dealer where purchased, or to us at the appropriate address.
