This spray really works well to heal and prevent body acne. My skin has never been smoother and clearer. Straight up miracle. The con to this product is trying NOT to cough out a lung when using it. After many coughing fits I found the key is to hold in a deep breath and pinch your nose shut while the fist of your hand covers your mouth (like you're giving a thumbs up over your nose and mouth). Leave your palm covering your mouth when you release the nose pinch to get air. It's been the only thing that keeps me from coughing. Side note: let it air dry without clothes on. It will bleach clothing if it touches when still wet.
