One of My best friends is a biochemist and raves about zinc and how it's helps with “neuro modulation” “Zinc is a vital neurochemical modulator released from neurons to regulate communication, acting on glutamate (NMDA/AMPA) and GABA receptors to balance excitatory and inhibitory signals” I used this because my son has a speech delay and know that this along with choline can be beneficial.
