Bought this as a Christmas gift and it got lost at the DJ facility for 3 weeks. Customer service was really nice about it and sent me another ring. The quality is very poor. The ruby looks fake, but I guess that's what you pay for. Its not shiny at all. It's very light and feels cheap. It feels like I could squish the band between two fingers.
