Refreshing!

This book is a must read for any woman...young, old, married, single! The author does a great job of walking you through the chapters of how to take back your time! She first shares about distractions...which we all can agrree happens to the best of us:) She makes suggestions on how to handle distractions...then how to prioritize and then how to implement our daily tasks we need to do. I learned there are certain times i do better at focusing on my work...other times it may be working out or believe it or not even when I get a manicure! You will love how this book will truly help YOU...Take Back Your Time!

A breath of fresh air

This book is a breath of fresh air, as it is by far the only book that has actually helped me understand and apply my time to benefit me and everyone around me. Prior to reading this book, Time was not my best friend. The utter word itself stressed me out, yet I longed for something or someone to help me with goals, values, identifying what my priorities and purposes were, and how to fit that in a schedule that worked for me. What I did not realize is I longed for something more than a rigid schedule to be more productive in less time. I needed more than a life of fluidity with wasting my time as if I were throwing money out the window. I wanted and needed desperately a life of fullness, a balance between the two that allowed me grace yet a mindset of intention. A life where I could be fully present, focused, and able to finish a task I chose to start. Morgan Tyree does a fantastic job of helping the reader identify according to their current season of life what is stealing their time and how to take back that time with a simple 3 color code time system. The system is adaptable to anyone and everyone's lifestyle and season. Morgan opened my eyes that time is a gift and we can all live a life of fullness, not busy. This is a must read and if It can help me, it can help anyone.

A Treasure Trove of Wisdom and Practical Advice

    So often I feel that I need more hours in my day to accomplish everything I want or feel I need to do. But I found a far more reasonable, far more achievable plan in Morgan Tyree's book, Take Back Your Time: Identify Your Priorities, Decrease Stress, and Increase Productivity. Take Back Your Time is more than just another book on time management, it is a guide filled with practical tips, tools, and applications to help readers become intentional about how they are using their time. The author uses a process that includes physical, mental, and emotional aspects of individuals, guidance to benefit the whole person. The tools and applications given allow each reader to create an intentional, realistic, yet simple plan to make the best use of their time, attain their goals, and live a life of joy and purpose.  I very highly recommend Take Back Your Time. This book is well-written, and a must-read for everyone and anyone. I love that Take Back Your Time is written with consideration for the whole person, not just ideas for a longer to-do list. With advice on self-care, managing daily activities, to evaluating the quality of even the insignificant moments, readers will have the opportunity to not only complete the necessary tasks at hand, but have greater joy and peace instead of feeling overwhelmed.
