Bel Air Lighting Rise 1-Light Polished Chrome Flushmount

Ordered this light, on 8-26, wasn't happy with how long it was going to take to arrive, but wanted the light. It did arrive 2 days early arriving after 7 days. When I opened the box the light was not as pictured. The picture shows a brushed nickel band at bothe the bottom and top of the light. The top band on my light was painted white. It also was an obvious returned product as the insulation inthe light had wholes and tears in it. When I called CS told me that it would take another 11 days to get a replacement to me. That isn't service. My first Hayneedle order is my last.
