Very cute! More for novelty than regular use. Once it's opened all the way, the spine is broken (like a real book) and it won't close back quite the same. It's also kind of short, which makes it less user friendly. It definitely functions like a fan is supposed to, but it's not one I would choose to carry around for regular use during warm weather. It's more of a cute knickknack/gift.
