Management involves decision making process. It is a core part of every managerial function. This is because no action can be performed until and unless a firm decision is taken about any particular situation in the organization. People working in organizations have to decide before acting or before preparing a plan for execution. Moreover, their ability to perform is often judged by the quality of decision they make.
