stones falling out.

I really loved this ring it was absolutely stunning pretty classy simple elegant. I've had it for about 3 years now and two stones have fallen out. I have tried taking it to a jewelry shop. but they cannot find the replacement baguettes to fill it back in. I have tried reaching out to the seller to see if they can help me. I still wear it but now it's getting worse because now there's two stones missing. and I'm sure the others are going to eventually fall out.
