Helps me fall asleep !:)

This product really helps me fall asleep fast! So that's awesome ! I do sleep tracking on my Apple Watch and this does not help my sleep percentage at all… so I'm still going to use it to help me fall asleep but I'm not seeing improvement from my sleep tacking that I stay asleep better than if I don't use this .. the flavor I got is coco and it tastes great !

Absolutely love the dream...

Absolutely love the dream cocoa. I was having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for quite a while. I first heard about Beam on the Dan Bongino show, and had thought about trying it for a long time. I waited until my sleep got horrible, but wish I started it much sooner! 3 weeks in and I'm finally feeling better now that I'm getting better sleep, and don't wake up groggy like you would with medication. Definitely recommend. I mix it with water and put in a splash of 1/2 & 1/2

I sleep wonderful now!

I was suffering from insomnia for a couple of months. A friend recommended "Beam" she swore by its effectiveness. It is costly. So, I was hesitant. Let me tell you, Beam absolutely does the trick. I make a warm cup half an hour before bed. I am now sleeping soundly, every night!
