My husband loves this product, and the 5-stars is from him. I cannot use this product at all as I do keto and so it is cloyingly sweet to me, and I can't choke it down. I wish I could as it works wonderfully for him and he would recommend it. Not only does he fall asleep better, if he has to get up in the middle of the night, he can fall back asleep again.

Starting out, you naturally question if it is working. I've had sleep issues for years, tried various meds, but it never worked well. The other day, staying overnight for a friend's wedding, I didn't have it. I did not sleep well without it. Check that, that's false, I lied. I did NOT sleep! No sleep whatsoever! Yeah. I know it works for me. It's not the only thing I do, but it is a key part to getting me to sleep better.
