We ordered this product and it was the wrong size. I wrote the company and asked to return it and a refund. All they said was to pack it back up and take it to the FedEx shipping company. I received no return label and nowhere to take a mattress because it's already been taken out of the box in plastic. I was not happy with the fact that they are not willing to help me with the return and refund. I'll never do this again with a Walmart Third-party. Amazon is much easier.
