Only for skinny people.

It only barely fits because I lost 35 pounds before getting it. Most people with this issue are overweight and it would never fit them. The person in the picture must be a very small person because the belt is only 2.5 inches wide. I would guess it is for a pelvic bone only 30 inches around.
