Really well designed but watch your temperatures!

The Elevate design is brilliant, really cuts down on the mess. The carousel is OK but you're better off with hanging hooks. Looks really good and will suit most middle-range cooks but do NOT fry anything with it. The handle is heat resistant up to 270 but the head isn't and will melt/crack/distort. I thought it was a material issue to start with as there was an unshiftable sticky residue but it turned out the nylon didn't survive a few fried eggs. If you're frying, buy the silicone set instead.
