beautiful lightweight but runs 2 to 3 sizes small

I read the size chart.. I did my measurements.. I went with one size up, because I need room for a concealed carry belly band. so the next size for me to choose was extra large.. so even with it running small you would think by me going up one size larger it would have fit but sadly even without that was so carry belly band just me wearing my compression clothing out it's still did not fit me so it actually runs two sizes smaller I would have had to buy three sizes larger which the largest size they offered was x large. overall if you order two sizes or three sizes larger I would have been extremely happy with the skirt it is a beautiful blue it is lightweight is beautiful on I just can't zip it or button it.. so far if I lose two dress sizes in my waist I'm down to hold on to it because it is beautiful..
