Very Unhappy with product

I received this book and it is obviously a used book. The cover is all faded and the binding is cracked and the edges are frayed. I did not order a used book, this is for my granddaughter and I will not be giving her a used book that looks like this one, it is not in good shape at all. Tried to get message to the seller, was not able to.
