Great replacement item

It fit perfectly and easily. It replaced the twisty, stretchy one that looked awful due to soap and hard water spots. This one is so easy to keep clean. Love it!

Great until it failed

We installed this hose with our shower remodel in 2021. It lasted a little more than 2 years before the hose connection at the wall outlet failed. The failure occurred where the hose connects to the threaded wall coupling. We are awaiting warranty service through the local vendor we purchased through. Hopefully hansgrohe has addressed the manufacturing and quality issues and the replacement lasts longer than the original.
