Great power wheel love the remote control. Only problem is the dump lever is broke and only works in 1 direction. A piece on the bottom is broke but possibly could have happen during shipping. I didn't contact customer service about the broken lever so I can't say anything about customer service. Overall if the lever worked as should I'd give 5 stars.
