Great multivitamin for daily consumption
I love women's one a day vitamins! I've used these for years and never had an issue. Some vitamins can upset your stomach but I've got zero complaints. The tablet is easy to swallow and doesn't have a gross aftertaste like some can. Love the variety in bottle sizes available so you can get the best bang for your buck too. Get these and add them to your daily routine, they won't disappoint with their balanced nutritional combinations
