I absolutely love the Simple Mills brand of crackers! I've been gluten free for several years, and have trialed many different crackers; these are my favorite. There are so many ways to use them, but my personal favorite is to slice up some provolone cheese and layer it on top or dip it in goat cheese with herbs. It makes a fast, easy, and "fancy" snack, almost like having a simplified version of bruschetta. Also goes well on a charcuterie board. Highly recommend!
