This is the best price Ive found online for ferrous gluconate. My body doesnt absorb ferrous sulfate very well so of course I have to go with the more expensive option (wink). i usually order the 3qt bottle option. i donate plasma so maintaining my hematocrit level is important. Shipping is always fast. i didnt give any stars for taste because I dont taste it. I take it in 2 doses in the morning and late afternoon, both times with vitC to help absorbtion. Taking it at these times has given me the best results and no bothersome side effects.
