Looks great. Same issues as others with handle

Looks great but after 16 years, the handle finally broke. I was a bit upset by this until I called the company and they sent out a replacement free of charge. Got to love that lifetime warrentee. If this lasts another 16 years, I will not be upset by this. Focet looks really good and worked as expected for a very long time.

Handle breaks, but warranty replacement is easy

Like the other reviewer, the handle snapped off because the cartridge requires you to turn the water off pretty hard to get the flow to completely stop. Thus the low quality rating. However, I wanted to add this review to give it a little higher value rating because when I saw the comment on the other review to call for warranty replacement, I tried that. They asked a couple of questions, but even though I bought it more than 10 years ago and don't have the receipt anymore, they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement. So, it's annoying to have it break and have to wait for a replacement, but at least it didn't cost me any more money to replace it.

Garbage - DO NOT BUY!

I have had to replace this handle twice in 4 years!! It is ridiculous! The handle has totally cracked off. DO NOT BUY!!
