One disappointment, one never showed up

I've ordered two of these- one took weeks to get here, the other is still “in transit” weeks later. The one that did arrive was so soft and beautiful I thought it was worth the wait…. Until literally after not even being worn it started coming apart at the seems. As I was putting it on my son for the first time I noticed a thread popping out on the shoulder and when I investigated the spot immediately a hole began to open and the whole shoulder was coming apart. When I took it off of him and started checking it I noticed the sleeve was unraveling as well. I was so excited for these sweaters, major bummer.
