Nice, point holds really well

This is a really nice brush and a surprisingly versatile shape. i bought this Princeton brush and an identical one made by Silver Black Velvet. I prefer this one because it has more snap (isn't as soft) and has a sharper point. it holds a lot of water but not as much as the Silver Black Velvet. I'll be using both.

Just the right feel, for me

So far, this brush is perfect. My art teacher has a true natural Kolinsky Sable version and when I tried them both I honestly couldn't tell any difference in feel or performance, but that's just me. I bought three Aqua Elites in this order and all of them are excellent so far.

My go to watercolor brush!

Love this #3 brush. Keeps it point for a long time. I needed to replace after a year, which is a long time for a brush to last and I am very hard on my brushes. I paint daily and use multiple layers. I use the #3 as my primary brush as I use a lot of fine detail in my work.
