Love it

My paper towel is not messy anymore because I don't have to hold it to tear a piece. I also like the fact that the base has 3 little knobs at the bottom so it's not sitting flat on the counter to get saturated with water. My last holder use to get saturated and took a long time to dry, so I was very happy when I saw that Simple human made their with that thought in mind. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent Customer Service

I love this paper towel holder! So much so that when the arm broke off after 3.5 years of strenuous use, I wanted an identical replacement. I called simplehuman and they lived up to the warranty by sending a brand new one for free! :hearts:️ this company:blush:
