Well designed and easy to install

I installed this myself and found the instructions to be clear and easy to follow. Unlike the two others who said theirs leaked and/or dripped, mine is fine - It must have been the skill of the installer LOL

leaks

I read the reviews about issues with leaking, so I hesitated to go with this valve, but in the end I hoped that perhaps the issue with leaks is not that common and that only the few who experience it are posting. Well, ours leaked. Disappointed, but at least not surprised given the the reviews. Plumber said he has been seeing this issue a lot. He states it is due a faulty part in the cartridge. He replaced the cartridge, and still leaked.
