Pretty, Yet Cheaply Made Boot

I really like the idea od these pattent faux leather boots, but the construction is not that good. I ordered another pair because the first pair was a help-size too small and there was glue on the shiny part of the boots. So I returned those (they wouldn't just swap them out.) and ordered the 9.5. I got them fast, but, the boots aren't constructed well. They're just glued together and I don't know if anyone could get a long wearing out of them before they start falling apart. I'm surprised by this because INC normally has well-made shoes. The seller might have bought the "seconds" because I have some INC shoes that I've had for years and they're fine. I'm really thinking about just calling it a wrap and sending them back.

BOBBI BRICKA Need to be MORE Customer Friendly

I bought these boots and they're gorgeous, however, on the patent faux leather were some drops of glue. On one boot, you can tell that someone tried to get it off. Now here comes the true problem, they told me that they don't do exchanges, so I needed to send the boots back and reorder. So silly me did just that. I took them to Fed-Ex, they scanned the QR code and gave me my receipt. But here's the caveat, Bobbi Bricka won't refund your money until they physically receive the boots. And I should have read other reviews and some of them haven't received their refunds either and they've been sent subpar merchandise. Don't order from these people because I'm beginning think that all of these 5-star ratings are bogus.
