I've been taking this Brand of Omega 3 for years to help my Fibromyalgia pain and to prevent further cornea damage due to my Srogrens Syndrome not allowing my body to produce enough eye moisture. I can feel the difference when I take them. I didn't not get fishy taste or burps as I did with other brands I tried. They work well and living on a small SS Disability income, I appreciate the price for the higher amount of EPA and DHA compared to other Omega products. I haven't seen a better price, even for Omega product's with a lower amount of EPA and DHA per serving. It works for me and the proof is in less pain so I can do more

This vitamin does what it mis designed to do. It is a soft gel capsule that only has a slight taste. The capsule is on the large side, however Spring Valley Vitamins does make a mini version of the capsule.
