This swing is fantastic! Very easy to assemble (heavy, heavy duty) . I had an issue with the first box that was delivered and they were on top of it quickly. Their customer service is top notch. A replacement was shipped lightning FAST! My 11 yr old enjoyed the pictures on the assembly insert. She put it together without much help. I had to tighten each section as we went along but, hey we got to work together.. My children and many neighborhood friends have claimed this swing as “the best summer toy”. They all take turns spinning and pretending they are baby birds! ***10/10 GET THIS SWING ***

Love this swing!
It's been up in our back yard for two days now and our 12 year old granddaughter LOVES IT! It is hanging from our tree we call Big Ben and it's actually the most time she's spent outside since the pandemic. When it arrived it came with the wrong pipe, we got two A's instead of an A and a D. Pipes are labeled for easy assembly, A-D. Customer service was very friendly and promptly sent us the D pipe. I think we received it within 3 or 4 days. Seriously so much fun, so happy she's outside again!
