Totally unacceptable business practices!!!

I canceled the order timely, and still received the merchandise two days later. The seller does not provide an RMA and packing slip, so I cannot return this monitor to a Walmart store. The seller advised me to "Refuse" the delivery in a late email that I did not see, and the delivery was made in my absence (left on my porch!). Furthermore, the seller wants the customers to pay for the return shipping if we don't "refuse" the delivery! when any merchandise can be delivered during the customers' absence. Please note that the delivery was made under the seller's terms, with NO delivery signature required. Why are the customers required to pay for return shipping when the seller did not require a delivery signature? I will file a complaint with Walmart as soon as possible! With no regards!

For the lay perso it doesn"t work. Couldn't get the webcam to work. Phillips gives you the phone run around. Until you get back the first number and then you on hold until the phone hangs up.

Thank you for posting a question.I am sorry to hear about your experience with the phone lines.To activate the webcam, you must first pop up the webcam to the on position. Once that is done, you will connect the USB UP cable to the monitor and the USB-A cable side to your laptop/ PC.
