Very disappointed

I ordered this product but never received it. Contacted the seller who responded back quickly and was told the item was damaged in transit. I was told a replacement was being sent but NEVER received the replacement either. Contacted the seller again for a refund and has yet to receive my refund. Very disappointed starting to feel like I may have been scammed at this point and will follow my first mind from this day forward and ONLY order items that say sold and shipped by Walmart.
