Embracing a Life of Abundance: Find Yourself, Accept Yourself, Give Yourself Away, (Paperback)

From the moment we are born until the day we take our last breath, we are on a journey of self-discovery. We come into this world dependent on others and may leave the same way. However, in the in-between times, we have the opportunity to find ourselves, accept ourselves, and give ourselves away. Essentially this means becoming more aware of who we are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so that we can more fully align with our true selves. In doing so, we become empowered to have better relationships, create purposeful work, and live life more abundantly. In Embracing a Life of Abundance, we will:

No matter our age or experience, everything we know up to this point in our lives is, at best, incomplete, or, at its worst, destructive. We must internalize that we will never have all the answers. Acknowledging this, we can open our eyes and hearts to opportunities to become more congruent with our authentic selves. Are we willing to let go of habits and beliefs that hinder our overall health and growth to embrace meaningful practices that bring balance and wholeness to our lives? He enjoys hiking, fishing, kayaking, disc golf, carpentry, and juggling when not teaching or coaching.
