I really like the "push button" lids on this pill organizer. I have RA and I'm always thinking ahead about the next "flare up". I wanted to find an organizer with the push button lids that was for three times a day. I searched and searched but could not find one. So, I bought this one to use for any night time pills, and for special medication days. I'll use this one in conjunction with one of the same type, but two times daily. I also read various reviews about the lettering on the lids not holding up on lots of pill organizers. So, before I ever put any pills in it, I used some clear medical tape to put over the letters. I'm very pleased with it so far. Seems to be sturdy, and it has plenty of room. It has no problem doing what I wanted it for.
