Ordering was easy, the delivery went well and no damage to any parts. The directions were good and all the parts were labeled which was wonderful. It took my husband and myself about 10 hours over 2 days to put the swing set together and we are still married afterwards. So glad I ordered this and the grandkids love it.

Absolutely love this swing set! The delivery was a breeze. It seemed a bit intimidating because 3 long heavy boxes were delivered on a pallet with the slide and just seems like a lot. The day before we were going to put it together I put 3 - 6ft tables out and lined up all the matching pieces(I also checked to make the piece count was accurate to what the papers said and that they were in good shape) Each box will have a paper of the parts it contains that lists the matching letter-number combo to the piece. The instructions were VERY EASY to follow(just be careful with the nuts, bolts, washers and screws..there are a lot of them). In total it took my husband and I about 12 hours to put together between 2 days(the first day was pouring rain and we were limited to how much we could do under a 10x10 tent or else we could have probably come close to almost finishing it on day one.

This is a well made play set; from fabrication, to the stain finish, to the hardware provided. The manual says it takes 10 hours for two adults to assemble. This is accurate. It took 1 person about 2 full days to assemble. There should be no wooden or plastic pieces leftover after assembly, however, there will be extra hardware leftover. This is normal.
