We got this because my son has a gluten allergy and we have to have different cookware for his food to avoid gluten residue. We loved the pan so much that we got one for my daughter to take to college and will get some other sizes to keep at home. Love the clean up! Maybe it can stick, but It hasn't for me. So much better than all of the other pans we have used!

The Best Large frypan I ever owned

This Fry pan is just the most wonderful thing I have in my kitchen I can cook a whole meal in it. I just cooked chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions and spices in this pan and it was delicious. Stirring while cooking was easy since nothing sticks. When done , cleaning was a breeze. Just a little dish soap and hot water and it was clean in a couple of minutes. I don't know how I got along in the kitchen before I got it. Having the extra handle makes moving a heavy load of food much easier and safer. The only con is that it did not come with a lid. I happened to have a tempered glass lid from another pan that i had thrown away earlier. I would recommend it to anyone.
