NEVER going with HP again

Love the laptop, love the speed, love the size only problem is 6 months ago I noticed the screen was off only to find out it's the hinge on the computer. I have only had the computer less than a year and wow it's going to cost 800 dollars to fix it. I will never buy a HP again. Their service has really gone down hill. With the added ins I bought which will cover it I have to pay out of pocket first then send the bill in. I bought the max of everything on this computer and I am not very happy at all and who has 800 dollars to throw into it before I get paid by the ins if they even pay.
