I am giving a 3 star rating, but without much effort on RST's part it could easily be a 5 star rating.
My first huge complaint is, every time you access their website you get 2 PDFs that pop up. And if you stay on the website, each time it refreshes, you get the same 2 PDFs popping up...extremely frustrating and annoying!
Second, when the furniture arrived, which we got 2 sofas, 4 chairs, end table, coffee table and 2 ottomans. I opened the one box and pulled out the paperwork and read through the instructions. Much to my surprised the instructions said that we had to apply two (2) coats of timber oil preservative. And the second coat went on 48 hours after the first coat. No where did we read when researching this furniture did it say that we would have to stain. Do you realize how much staining I had to do before we were able to use the furniture??? I knew that I was going to have to assemble, I accepted that, the staining was a complete surprise! For the amount that we paid, it should have come stained.
As for the furniture itself, it seems to be very solid and good quality. Once all together, stained and on our deck with cushions and pillows, it is very comfortable. I would give them a 5 for that. Though, I am not great at staining, and even after carefully applying and wiping, still ended up with multiple run spots. This definitely takes away from attractiveness.
We were considering purchasing their table and chairs, but not sure I want to stain that large of a table and eight (8) chairs.
