egyptian cotton percale 350 thread count sheet set

Best set of sheets I ever bought including from TEMURPEDIC - They actually go under my mattress and do not rise. I will definately buy more of these.

I have bought many kinds of sheets over the years,and have found that a cotton type of Egyptian or Pima/Supima cotton, with a weave type of PERCALE, and a thread count of at least 300, lasts longer and softens with age. These sheets have that winning combination, seem well constructed, and are much cheaper than other sets of the same specifications. The pockets are very deep. I have a standard queen mattress with a 3" memory foam topper,and there is ample room for an even deeper mattress/topper. Therefore, the fitted sheet isn't taut, but I don't care about that one bit. One reviewer mentioned the sheets had extra fabric sewn on to make the fitted sheet deeper. My set doesn't have that. They are just normal sheets, with elastic all the way around the fitted sheet, and seams at the corners. Another reviewer mentioned the sheets are noisy. Mine aren't noisy at all. Sometimes when I read peoples' reviews, I wonder if we're even talking about the same item. As for color, I took a chance and chose purple, even though it wasn't pictured. It is a dark reddish purple, but I had hoped for a more bluish purple. I still like them a lot, though, and will probably be ordering more colors
