Nice Quality

It has been working great thus far, sometimes the screen turns off for a second or 2, but I am not sure if that is a regular thing for stations.

Overall good dock

Overall the docking station works well. Dual monitors support through Thunderbolt 4 port is no issue, just make sure you have chords for DP to your monitors. The 30w charging ports on the front are very convenient. The one fault I have found is it does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack for plugging in desktop speakers. This is obvious in the pictures but not something I considered when port checking during purchase.

buggy dock, get a Dell WD22TB4 instead

This Anker USB-C dock is buggy and actually bricked the Thunderbolt port on my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop. (Used the hardware reset pin on the bottom of the laptop to get it working again.) Firmware updates are only available on Windows using Anker's proprietary software. For the price, spend a few bucks more and get Dell's WD22TB4 Thunderbolt dock, which works out-of-the-box and gets automatic firmware updates on Linux using fwupd/LVFS.
