For a young child this is perfect

I purchased this refurbished iPad for my youngest granddaughter. It wasn't packaged in any type of Apple packaging ( thought it would be). The device was not charged, I have other Apple products so using a fast charger it took an entire day to charge. For her this will do but I will never purchase a refurbished Apple product again.

I bought an iPad for my son. He is only seven so I wanted to try a used/refurbished ipad first so I purchased refurbished one. Come to find out its obsolete. IOS no longer updates and I wasn't even able to trade in or upgrade because it was no longer worth anything. I would appreciate some type of credit towards another tablet.
