Kwikset Chelsea Sgl Cyl Handleset with Juno Knob In LPB

Purchased a few years ago, recently I had another door handle starting to hang up -stick opening and closing and Kwikset was great on replaceing it. So I was looking on the website and had seen that it also warranties its finish also, so I also had this one replaced at no charge. Was impressed on this because I live in Florida and due to heat-etc it had faded and was prepared to go out and purchase a new one and was surprised that it was covered. Can't say enough good things about their customer service and products.

When I called Kwikset about a slight problem I was having with the interior mechanism, they sent me a complete new set, free of charge. I never expected this as it was so old. (I just called for technical help.) The old unit's exterior, with its classy, simple lines, was still in excellent condition, with no signs of wear or corrosion. Although there was a minor internal problem, I installed the handle as a "dummy" on the exterior of my side door to my garage. My neighbor always comments about my beautiful handle on my side garage door.
