Fantastic Unit When Working
We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. The only fix we have found is to unplug them and plug them back in. Then they work great again for a few weeks.

This isn't going to fit in your wall
Was so excited to purchase this and get it installed until... the -tiny- fine print lays out the fact that you need a minimum depth of 16" in your wall for installation. Unless you're wall has been specifically built for this, you do NOT have that depth. Skip these and find something else; they won't work for you

Hi Joe, we're sorry to hear that you didn't have the minimum depth required for installation and it caused you to not have a great experience with our Elkay LZWSM8K EZH2O In-Wall Bottle Filling Station Filtered Refrigerated Stainless.
