Perfect Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect non-stick pan size for me. Big enough for a quick sauté or sauce. Has a good amount of weight and the handle is long enough. Very easy to work with and I am able to cook food with ease and without having to worry about burning it.

The pan is a nice, heavy pan with nonstick cooking surface which makes it so easy to cook with. I love that I can place the whole pan in my oven to continue cooking my meat items! Fantastic! My favorite!

This is my 2nd Saute Pan from Avalon. We purchased 1st around 5 years ago, but unfortunately it got ruined by a family member who is been constantly scratching it with fork and knife while cooking almost every single day. Otherwise this is great sauté pan. Easy to clean, durable and non stick. I ha e the whole set from Anolon. I love that u can even cook anything in the oven on this pans.
