Great for a heavy flow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this pad comes in a wrapper that if you were changing it, you can wrap your old one in it. It fits perfectly on the underwear and absorbs very well. I have a heavy flow and this gets me through the night comfortably. This pad did not irritate my skin.

Great liners!
