Top support bars holes are not lined up equally.
I called both Best pets and Walmart hoping to get a replacement with the hole in the proper spot. I was sent the same from Bestpets. Also 1 tire had to be replaced because the valve stem was side ways preventing air. the tire was replaced no problems. I wish I would of sent the whole thing back. I have the bar wedged in without the clamp. I have to keep the stroller bar on at all times, it's the only thing stopping it from collapsing.
