EPA and States Should Strengthen Oversight of Clean Water State Revolving Fund Recovery ACT Projects

This is the final report on the subject audit conducted by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This report contains findings that describe the problems the OIG has identified and corrective actions the OIG recommends.
