I've only had this for about a week so I can't tell you everything because it takes about 2 weeks to a month for a drug or vitamin to get into your system. Then you need to have blood work to know if it is helping you. i did read about this one and I started taking it myself and it's my 4 day. Some pills and capsules do not dissolve in your system and if they don't they are not helping you. This capsule does dissolve in your system vary well and fast. I was happy about that and my photo will let you see this. I do have some health problems myself that I am hoping this will help me. It's helps with cardiovascular health. It clear the clogged blood vessels and that helps your circulation so I am really excited about this. If you have any of these problems please give this one a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also, these capsules are of citrus bergamot extract and it does not upset my stomach and that is a A+ to me. My doctor also knows that I am using this and I have her full support.

It has been a great struggle for me to to find vegetarian based supplements that are affordable yet effective as required to my satisfaction.This NewLife Naturals Citrus extract caps is a great product to come around and try in right time. Each and every cap is a soothing and I really love to enjoy such products to keep health intact. The best thing that attracted me being a strict vegetarian is that the cap and its ingredients are 100% genuine with no controversial ingredients and scary items like Gelatin, egg, shell , completely of fillers and other artificial ingredients like food colors etc Citrus bergamia, the bergamot orange, which is a fragrant citrus fruit the size of an orange is a great source from which the extract is taken. This as per the label description is promising to be aware of the fact that it provides necessary potency to keep metabolism and certain lipid levels in balance to maintain a balanced health for the consumer. Good thing is that these are locally made in the USA in a GMP certified facility. It has antioxidant capability as it is from natural citrus extract anyway and it a key factor in playing against free radicals in the stream. Recommend to try and feel the natural way of healing.
