First I want to state I have nothing negative to say about my Kefirko Cheese Maker! I'm part of a Kefir group on Facebook Marketplace and saw the post from a group member in England showing us her Kefirko cheese maker. This container was currently unavailable on Amazon so someone else suggested WalMart and to my amazement I had mine in the mail 4 days later. I'd like to keep this a simple as possible so another easy tip for flavoring your cheese is to try the tubes of herbs and spices. I've tried the lemon, jalapeños and bought the ginger today.
