Hansgrohe Metris E Widespread Faucet Brushed Nickel

We have 4 of these in our home. I have had to replace the valves and handles several times. The first 2 times Hansgrohe was accommodating with replacement parts. Recently, I placed a warranty request, was denied at first, and after asking for reconsideration, was shipped replacement parts by Hansgrohe under the premise this is a final courtesy replacement. We purchased the faucets thinking that a Lifetime warranty meant replacing defective parts as long as we own our home, but apparently not. We have the same issue as the other reviews, that the valves valves seize up, making it very difficult to turn the handles. Clearly this is a design flaw with the units.

We have two Metris E faucets. Both faucets developed difficult-to-turn handles within 2 years. Scale build up & corrosion around the handles trim. Hansgrohe service team was not helpful with any solutions and or new parts under warranty. I'd AVOID this faucet. I am now replacing both faucets.
